Silverstone completed a £2.5m housing development in Alnwick, Northumberland, acting as Project Managers on behalf of Lindisfarne Homes.

Thomas Percy Close provides a total of fifteen new three and four bedroom executive homes on the former site of Thomas Percy School on Blakelaw Road.

Lindisfarne Homes received planning permission from Northumberland County Council for the redevelopment of the 2.3 acre site and subsequently appointed us to co-ordinate delivery of the project with Tolent Living, who were appointed as the main contractor.

As project managers, Silverstone took the lead role in the coordination and monitoring of the design team and worked closely with Tolent Living to ensure efficient delivery of the remainder of the development.

Upon completon 13 of the 15 new homes had been sold, which is testament to the quality of the development.

Nick Dawe, Director of Lindisfarne Homes said: “We are very grateful to Silverstone Building Consultancy and Tolent Living, who have done a fantastic job of delivering this scheme to the required specifications and within budget.  The development has proven to be very popular with only two homes remaining, so we are delighted with the results.”
