Gainsborough House, which is owned by LRE Capital, is a mixed-use five-storey building on Grey Street. The building is occupied on the ground floor by Café Rouge and is also home to Manpower on the second floor.

Following the vacation of two floors by Irwin Mitchell Solicitors, LRE Capital instructed Silverstone Building Consultancy to project manage a major refurbishment of the three vacant floors and common areas of the building.

Working closely with both LRE Capital and the letting agents, Silverstone developed a refurbishment scheme to create modern, flexible office accommodation to appeal to potential occupiers.   The reception area of the building was updated and all vacant office suites refurbished to a high specification.  At third floor level a section of the floor was also raised to allow for a much improved view out onto Grey Street.

Silverstone appointed AMH Office Interiors as main contractor to carry out the building works following a competitive tender process.
