Silverstone were instructed by a private client to undertake a Building Survey of a substantial private residence in Ponteland which was on the market with an asking price of £6 million.

We completed a Due Diligence building survey which included a specialist Mechanical and Electrical services report on behalf of the potential purchaser.  The surveying was undertaken over a weekend to facilitate a quick purchase. 

The property extended to 21,000sqft with a leisure suite including an indoor pool and gym.
