Prior to the merger of Dickinson Dees and Bond Pearce Silverstone provided technical due diligence surveys on the Bond Pearce offices throughout the UK. The surveys assessed not only the condition of the assets but also the forecast dilapidation obligations that existed on the leases at the time.

Silverstone has since been appointed to carry out a dilapidations survey and significant refurbishment of an office within the company’s portfolio in Bristol.  The £300,000 refurbishment will create fully refurbished Grade A office space ready to market, following its vacation by former tenant, RBS.
