Our role as lead consultant was to take a pre-designed scheme to tender stage, appoint a contractor and act as the Employer’s Agent.  The existing site was cleared and partly remediated, though with poor ground stability.

We appointed a SME contractor and acted as Contract Administrator through to the completion of the project.
