Appointed as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer for the proposed works to refurbish and decorate the Pink Car Park at Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield.

The scope required the coordination of structural repairs to the precast concrete frame sections, renewal of movement joints, crack repairs to the concrete hard standings and general refurbishment and decoration of the car park areas. New waterproofing membranes were applied in areas as well as the provision of new illuminated handrails to the steps leading to the M&S entrance. This forms part of a rolling programme of car park refurbishments at Meadowhall.
