We were appointed as lead consultant to project manage the full internal and external refurbishment of an existing, dilapidated hotel to meet the client requirements and reflect their brand style. 

The project involved an enabling works contract to fully strip back to structural shell followed by a separate project being reinstatement of all roofs, doors and windows, significant internal structural alterations and renewal of all finishes including new mechanical and electrical services.
