We were appointed as lead consultant to project manage the full internal and external refurbishment of an existing, dilapidated hotel within a Conservation Area to meet the client requirements and reflect their brand style.

The project involved a full strip back to structural shell and reinstatement of all roofs, doors and windows, significant internal alterations and renewal of all finishes including new mechanical and electrical services.
