Silverstone was appointed to act as Project Manager and Contract Administrator in order to deliver the successful repair and refurbishment of the historic Harrogate Inn hotel based in central Harrogate. This included the construction of six new luxury suites and two new bar and restaurant areas, as well as a new main entrance and beer garden.

 The role involved managing appointed designers and architects to allow the contractor to deliver the scheme.
