Our role was to provide cost consultancy advice as part of a funding bid which was subsequently successful.  We then led a multi-disciplinary team of architect, structural engineer and mechanical and electrical consultants and subsequently oversaw the works from tender through to completion on site. 

 The works involved refurbishment of existing library space and store areas to create professional service teaching facilities with collaborative work areas and a boardroom facility.
